I’m writing to tell you how wonderful Gloria is. I’m sure you’ve heard this from others, but I want to make sure you hear this from us as well. She has been helping us coordinate caregivers for my Aunt Mildred for about a year. I know the difficulties that her job entails. No matter how many times I call her during any given week, she is always polite, kind, understanding, and helpful. She never loses her cool, ow matter how stressful her day has already been.
